Shipments, deliveries, carriers and returns
Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be delivered against signature : please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, a link will be made available to you to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Particular attention is paid to the packaging of fragile items, such as collectible figurines.
The different carriers
When you place an order on our store, several delivery methods are available to you to meet individual preferences and requirements.
A delivery method may not be available for an item : in fact, it depends on the country to which it is to be shipped. Some carriers do not offer delivery to certain destinations. It also depends on the weight and size of the package, as each carrier has its own requirements.

CARRIER 1 : LA POSTE - COLISSIMO
La Poste is a French limited company mainly present as an operator of postal services and is none other than the classic method of delivery, expensive but fast.
The delivery of the package to the delivery address depends on the country of destination. To directly access the carrier's information, you can use his delivery time calculator by clicking here.
Different services are available depending on the destination :
- Colissimo : Colissimo is the La Poste service dedicated to delivering parcels to individuals and professionals. These packages can be delivered anywhere in mainland France, Monaco, Andorra, Corsica.
Indicative delivery time : 2 days (48h).
- Colissimo Europe : Colissimo Europe concerns all other European countries.
Indicative delivery time : 3 to 7 working days (in our personal experience, these deadlines are hardly ever respected; rather, it takes 5 to 20 days depending on the country of destination).
- Colissimo Outre-Mer : Colissimo Outre-Mer allows parcels to be sent to the French overseas departments and territories. You can find more information directly from the carrier's website by clicking here.
Indicative delivery time : 11 to 18 working days (in our personal experience, these deadlines are hardly ever met; rather it takes up to 25 days).
- Colissimo International : Colissimo International concerns all the other countries of the world.
Indicative delivery time : 5 to 9 working days (once again, and again in our personal experience, this deadline is absolutely NEVER met. It sometimes takes up to 3 weeks or even 1 month for countries like Australia or the United States).
CARRIER 2 : MONDIAL RELAY
Mondial Relay is a subsidiary company of the OTTO Group which offers delivery services to individuals in pick-up points (called Relay Points®)or at home. This is the delivery method that offers the best value for money.
The delivery of the package to the pick-up point of your choice or to your delivery address depends on the country of destination. To directly access the service provider's information, you can consult its summary table by clicking here.
Two services are available depending on the destination:
- Relay Points® Delivery : You choose the relay point where you want your package to be delivered. Once it has arrived, you have 14 days to go and collect it. It's that simple !
Availability : only for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
Average delivery time observed : 3 to 4 working days.
- Mondial Relay Home Delivery : Even simpler than delivery to a pick-up point since your package is delivered directly to your home.
Availability : only Germany, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Portugal, the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg.
Average delivery time observed : 3 to 7 working days.
CARRIER 3 : CHRONOPOST
Chronopost is a French company created by La Poste and specializing in the express delivery of parcels to businesses and individuals. It is the fastest delivery method, but also the most expensive.
The delivery of the package to your delivery address or to the pick-up point of your choice is done the next day before 1 p.m., provided that your order is placed before noon. For example, if you place your order at 6:00 p.m. by choosing this delivery method, your package will not be shipped until the next day, and therefore delivered the next day before 1:00 p.m. To directly access the carrier's information, you can click here for home delivery and click here for delivery to a pick-up point.
We offer 2 services of this carrier :
Chrono 13 - Home Delivery : Your package is delivered directly to your home before 1 p.m.
Availability : France only.
Chrono Relais - Delivery to pick-up point : Your package is delivered to the pick-up point closest to your home before 1 p.m.
Availability : France only.
Returns and refunds
For us, customer satisfaction is a top priority. This is why we accept any return request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package.
In case that our responsibility is engaged (wrong item received, item not corresponding to the description, item received damaged or defective), we will bear the cost of return.
Otherwise (no reason for return, customer no longer wishes the product, item received but not in accordance with customer expectations, purchase error), the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A full refund (total amount of the order + shipping costs for the shipment) will be refunded to you upon receipt of the package by our services.
Customized products
Customized items can increase delivery times: in fact, production time must be added since these items are made to order. In general, it takes 1-5 days depending on the customized product.
In addition, returns are not allowed on personalized items.
